and an appropriate trouble ticket is filed with our
technical support number, we will credit your account $2.00
per trouble ticket.

failures do not apply. Limit 1 trouble ticket per related
problem, and 1 trouble ticket per day.

not responsible for weak signals caused by built-in internal
wireless interfaces or cheap wireless cards . These problems
WILL NOT addressed by the technical support call center. High
quality, higher powered wireless cards and high gain external
antennas are readily available, both on our web site and from major
