95% of all problems are related either to user errors or to the
user's equipment. However, if the problem is found to be with
our hardware or software, is not listed above, and an appropriate
trouble ticket is filed with our technical support number, we will credit your account $2.00
per trouble ticket.
*Offer limited to monthly and
daily accounts only. Internet service provider failures do not
apply. Limit 1 trouble ticket per related problem, and 1 trouble
ticket per day.

not responsible for weak signal strength caused by built-in internal
wireless interfaces or cheap wireless cards. These problems
WILL NOT addressed by the technical support call center. High
quality, higher powered wireless cards and high gain external
antennas are readily available, both on our web site and from major
computer supply stores. |
